- Patient experiences feelings of disconnection, loneliness, or difficulty maintaining meaningful connections with others.
- Client reports difficulty finding meaning, purpose, or direction following a significant loss or major life transition.
- Patient experiences difficulty integrating the loss into their understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their future.
Trauma-Related & Complicated Grief Responses
- Client reports distressing memories, intrusive thoughts, avoidance, or heightened emotional responses related to traumatic or unexpected aspects of a loss.
